Tata's back!

On Friday morning I got the call from the Panelbeaters - the Tata Indica has been repaired. It was semi-sweet news, as it meant that I'd have to give up the rental car again once I collected my ride. I struggled a bit getting someone to accompany me to collect the Tata from the panelbeaters - after which it was dropped at home (after inspection and loads of paperwork). Must say: It was looking better than I remembered...  LOL!

Next day I arranged to take in the rental - to Tempest Car Hire in Bellville, only to find that their offices close EXACTLY at 12:00 pm on a Saturday. I ran late trying to refill the tank. I decided rather to go drop the ride - and opted for the 24-hour drop-off zone at Cape Town International Airport.

All in all its was a great experience - both the panelbeaters and car hire. I'm surely going to miss that ride. But its also good having our ride home...
