I think I'm finally starting to "get older" - whatever that means and whatever that entails. Don't get me wrong - I'm still young at heart and full of life - I think I can still contribute a lot to the world, my surroundings, my kids. Its when I see how others perceive me, look at me, that I know that the best years of my life might have passed me by.
But as I'm more of an optimist - I have to ask myself - is this true? I can probably sit here and tell myself - Yes, it is! Or I can get up and tell myself - the best years of my life... I'm living it right now.
So, which is it going to be?
Never accept defeat!
